Old clothes, table top games, animals outside my window, cereal boxes, the pen I draw characters with or the needle I use to stitch their eyes.

Throughline of scattered observations crystallise into tested approaches you can adapt for your own agency.
This substack itself is an experiment in creating conditions for myself to do one hard (for me) thing. Here, I struggle publicly in staying contactable while tending to my obsessions.
Use any seed as you may to cultivate your own field, I just ask that you attribute so the lineage stays traceable.
This is an invitation to witness cultivation, adapt what serves your sovereignty, craft your own meaning.
